PEACH/PINK HAIR – BLEACH LONDON DYE TUTORIAL AND REVIEW

I decided to take the plunge into the world of pastel hair today, and being such a big fan of BLEACH London products, I decided to use their range of dyes. I’m no stranger to colourful hair, nor to BLEACH dyes, so this wasn’t too much of a task.
I’d already bleached my hair 4 days prior to this using BLEACH London Total Bleach, which lifted my hair to a yellowy/orange colour. Just after bleaching my hair I decided to mix BLEACH London’s Rose and Awkward Peach dyes, and got a very very subtle hue of peach in my hair.
This is the colour that I then applied the dye on to get a pastel pink/peach.

To achieve my colour, I used Tresemme Luxurious Moisture Conditioner (the first white conditioner in a big bottle that I picked up) £2.49 from Boots and filled a small bowl with it. – I WILL SAY NOW THAT THIS CONDITIONER HAS MADE MY HAIR FEEL SO GOOD!!!

These are the BLEACH London dyes I used:

I used 2 parts of The Big Pink and Bruised Violet with 1 part Awkward Peach and mixed them together with the conditioner just to make the colour come out more pastel than vibrant.

Before applying, I washed my hair with OGX Argan Oil & Shea Butter Shampoo (because the condition of my hair isn’t great) – £6.99 from Boots, and left it in my damp hair for 5 minutes.
I washed it out with warm water and used BLEACH London’s Reincarnation hair mask as a conditioner, which I left on for 5 minutes (as opposed to the suggested 10-20 minutes) then rinsed it off. (Boots, £6)

Before drying my hair, I applied Dove Heat Protection Spray (Boots, £4.59)

Use this after dying your hair after towel drying: BLEACH London Split Fix Serum (Boots, £6.00) – THIS IS ALSO AMAZING, MY HAIR IS IN SUCH GOOD CONDITION THANKS TO THIS AND THE REINCARNATION MASK!!!

Mark Hill Love Big Hair! Va Va Voom Volumising Blow Dry Mousse (Boots, £5.99) – AGAIN THIS IS SUCH A GOOD PRODUCT, IT’S MADE MY LIFELESS HAIR GAIN VOLUME AGAIN

This was the final outcome:

I am absolutely thrilled with this colour, it’s something that I’ve been trying to achieve for a long time now, so once again BLEACH London has pleased me and exceeded all expectations. The colour is more hued that vibrant, but is still so pigmented; I’m absolutely in love with it! The condition of my hair felt great as well, which is something I pay high attention to due to the amount of times I’ve bleached my hair.
I’d definitely recommend BLEACH London The Big Pink, Awkward Peach and Bruised Violet if you’re trying to achieve a pastel pink/peach on bleached hair that isn’t white. I’d also highly recommend the BLEACH Split Fix Serum and Reincarnation Mask, they are absolutely amazing! I use the mask as a normal conditioner as well as a twice a month hair mask. As for the heat protector, it’s good but they all do the same thing really, the only thing different that I’ve noticed is that it’s given my hair more of an oomf. Just remember to always apply care products such as serums and heat protectors if you have chemically treated hair (i.e bleached/permed) and style your hair a lot:)
